Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering on vvip.ph, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on vvip.ph. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. vvip.ph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.
Where duplicate accounts are identified, vvip.ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Players found to have deliberately created multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses may be permanently banned from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vvip.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify vvip.ph support immediately. We recommend enabling any available two-factor authentication features to protect your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. vvip.ph may require you to verify your identity, address, or payment methods at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
vvip.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:
All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vvip.ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered on the Platform.
Deposits are credited to your vvip.ph account upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. vvip.ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Deposits made to vvip.ph are intended solely for gaming purposes on the Platform. vvip.ph is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on account balances.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
Processing Times: Standard withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
vvip.ph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, vvip.ph will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation before releasing any funds.
vvip.ph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, referral commissions, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, hedging strategies, or coordinated activity with other players will be considered bonus abuse. vvip.ph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
The referral commission program on vvip.ph allows registered players to earn commissions by referring new players to the Platform. Referral commissions are calculated based on the referred player's activity and are subject to the specific terms of the referral program as published on the Platform. Referral commissions may not be earned through self-referral or through the creation of duplicate accounts.
Each game available on vvip.ph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game interface and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
vvip.ph uses a provably fair system for applicable games. This system employs cryptographic seed technology to generate game outcomes that are verifiably random and cannot be manipulated by the Platform or any third party after a round has commenced. Players may verify the fairness of any completed round using the verification tools provided within the Platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, vvip.ph will endeavor to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wagers placed during the affected round will be refunded to the player's account. vvip.ph's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vvip.ph and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
Anti-Money Laundering: vvip.ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Players are prohibited from using vvip.ph for any purpose other than legitimate gaming entertainment.
All content on the vvip.ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of vvip.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of vvip.ph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vvip.ph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures or service interruptions.
vvip.ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vvip.ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its games.
vvip.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any conduct that vvip.ph determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.
Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law, particularly where the termination arises from fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification procedures.
You may close your account at any time by contacting vvip.ph support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and verification requirements.
vvip.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vvip.ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
vvip.ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
